Metal Detectable Cable Ties also known as detectable zip ties or blue metal detectable tie wraps are self-locking nylon cable ties that uniformly embed metal powder inside PA66 material. If a tie breaks off inside production it can be located by standard metal detectors and X-ray inspection equipment preventing foreign object contamination. The food-grade blue nylon ties feature a thickened lock head smooth burr-free edges and anti-slip anti-retreat teeth. They are widely used in food pharmaceutical cosmetics and other industries where foreign object control is critical.
